  Butterflies & Friends is an exciting partnership between the
Colorado Springs Rotary Club and local schools with the purpose promoting the arts in schools.  In 2008, Butterflies & Friends partnered with Colorado Springs District 11 Queen Palmer Elementary School in order to initiate a process of turning around a school now in a discouraging cycle of decline while simultaneously creating a sense of pride in a community that is suffering.
